Tshiela Shirley Clementine Tshimanga Oksanen, (born 6th march) known by stage name Tshiela/Tsila.I am Athens based, singer who has a contract with JES MUSIC.
Born in a family of two younger brothers and one younger sister, in the Democratic Republic of Congo.To a Congolese Mother and a Finish Father. At three months of birth my family moved to Finland.Due to my father’s profession (co-operation teacher) we travelled in various countries. Nevertheless we kept our base between Finland and France.

I was devoted to a charity cause:

•    Child of heart (St. Anne Church)
•    Catechist

Gold Metal 80m running in Athletics (Albert Schweitzer College).
Pivot position of a basketball team BBCR (Basket Ball Club Riorges) National III.
Unfortunately serious knee injury, made me quit my athletic activities.
